We're going to Mexico!! In April of 2027 Kathleen Joraski, of Peace Dog Yoga, and I will be hosting our first retreat together and we cannot wait! We will stay at the beautiful retreat center Casa Om in Puerto Morelos, Mexico. Step away from the noise, the expectations, and the endless scroll of daily life. Join us April 4 - 10 for a 7-day, 6-night retreat designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, your peace, and your joy - while being supported by a like-hearted community. With the beach just steps away, each day invites you deeper into calm, clarity, and the kind of stillness you can return to long after you travel home. Join us during this FREE event that involves a 45-minute Meditation and Sound Bath followed by a brief retreat info session. Even if you're looking for only the Meditation and Sound Bath, this is still a great opportunity to spend time in this awesome community, simply listening to what the retreat has to offer. There will be tea and a treat during the info session. Event is Friday April 17th. It starts at 6pm but the doors will be open at 5:30pm if you'd like to come early to chat over tea!
