Service Description
Living Yoga. We call it that because that's exactly what it is. It is learning how to live yoga. It's a way of not letting triggers take hold, causing us to respond/react from that triggered place which could lead to doing or saying things we regret. It's learning how to set much needed boundaries to keep toxicity away....those things that cause our triggers. It's learning how to approach life/situations from a place of love and kindness vs anger, shame, grief, delusion, guilt, attachment, lies, or fear. It's understanding our past trauma and working through it so that we aren't as triggered, or we don't take so much time when triggered or put the blame falsely on ourselves or others because now we know the root of our suffering. And when we use the word "trigger" that could be little things that agitate us or the big stuff. It's about taking this ONE life we have and living it in a way that is lighter, easier, happier, more fun, fulfilling, abundant, and joyful which is exactly how we know we want to live ours....and we do more so now after doing this work. It's also about learning how to move and breathe on our mats in a way that just feels good and helps release stuck energy/emotions in our bodies. It isn't about hitting headstands. It's about movement and letting go and feeling better in our own skin/bodies.
