Experience the transformative power of a dynamic Vinyasa Flow. This pop-up practice is for the advanced student. Limited cuing which leaves more space for things like breath and introspection.
Booking & Cancelation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to class. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before the event will not receive a refund/gain that class back to a package.
